PRICING
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
PAYMENT
Local buyers - We accept payment via internet banking/ATM transfer into our DBS account. Our bank account number will be provided in our confirmation email to you.
Please make payment within 48 hours after a confirmation email is sent to you. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
International buyers - At the moment, we do not accept any overseas order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
SHIPMENT and DELIVERY
To ensure that your purchases are safely and efficiently delivered right to your doorstep, all packages will be sent via registered mail by SingPost. The Registered Article (RA) Number will be emailed to you once your package has been sent out.
A nominal fee of SGD5.00 will be added to the total amount.
Your order will be sent out within 48 hours from receipt of payment. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Items bought are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We will ensure that all items are checked and packed safely before sending them out.
Before you make a purchase, please check all product descriptions provided, or contact us if you need more information about the item.
Kindly note that colours of items may differ due to lighting during photography or dfferent shipments.
